Job Description:

Business Advisory Solutions seeks a highly organized, efficient, and professional administrative assistant to support our senior administrative staff comprehensively. As an integral member of our team, you will be the backbone of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage and maintain administratives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between administrators and internal/external clients. Handle correspondence and screen calls.
  • Document Preparation and Management: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents. Manage electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist with expense management, including preparing expense reports and budget tracking.
  • Project Management: Assist with project planning and execution, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is reported.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
